Why do we still use the terminal?
Why bother typing commands when you can just point and click?
Think about renaming 100 files. Pointing and clicking means right-clicking 100 times. In the terminal, it's one line. Save that line, and you can do it again next month in an instant.
Pointing and clicking is adapting yourself to the computer.
The terminal is making the computer adapt to you.
Once you see that difference, the terminal becomes the most powerful tool you have.
